Our steak and burger seasoning will provide a strong, grilled flavor and robust aroma to your steaks and burgers.  This seasoning smells absolutely wonderful and is great with beef and even on vegetables.  This delicious blend of herbs and spices will make your steak and burgers taste fantastic.

Liberally sprinkle the seasoning over one side of the steak and massage  the entire surface of the steak. Repeat this process on the other side of the steak.  You can do the same with burgers or mix with your hamburger meat for flavor in every bite.

Make sure to store in a cool, dry, dark location and in an air-tight storage container for best freshness.

Ingredients:  Salt, Brownulated Sugar, Onion, Smoke Flavor (torula yeast, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavor, maltodextrin*, modified food starch, corn syrup solids, <1% tricalcium phosphate to prevent caking), Spices, Garlic, Natural Smoke Flavor (maltodextrin*, natural hickory smoke flavoring, hydrated silicon dioxide [anticaking agent]), Natural Butter Flavor and Paprika. Tips when applying as a rub: A rub should coat the surface of the meat so work a rub evenly into to the meat to get the flavor inside as much as possible. If you are applying a rub to poultry try and get it in under the skin so it can better absorb the flavor.  Lightly scoring meat, poultry, and fish will help the rub flavors penetrate further.  Apply your rub at least one hour before you plan to grill.  Large roasts, whole poultry, or briskets should be rubbed down the night before or at least several hours before you plan to grill.  This allows the seasonings to mix with the natural juices of the meat and add as much flavor as possible.
