Coconut Cream Powder is a premium spray dried coconut milk powder that can be used as a creamer in hot beverages or mixed with warm/hot water and used in applications calling for liquid coconut milk. The product is naturally 100% dairy free, and is made from 85% pure coconut. Use our coconut cream powder in place of liquid coconut milk in your favorite recipes.
Adding coconut milk to your diet is a healthy choice. it is rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as iron, calcium and lauric acid. This product contains medium fatty acids – these are “the GOOD fats!” It is also Carrageenan and Titanium Dioxide-free and contains ZERO trans fats. Our coconut cream powder is made from freshly pressed coconut milk. We dry this and mill it into a fine powder. It’s a great addition to coffee, tea, cocoa, smoothies, and in place for liquid coconut milk in many recipes.
Directions (Just Scoop, Stir and Drink!)
Scoop 1 tablespoon of cream powder into your hot coffee, tea of cocoa. Stir well and enjoy!
3 TBS powder mixed with 8 oz water = 1 cup light coconut milk
4 TBS powder mixed with 8 oz water = 1 cup full fat coconut milk
Other Uses
This product works well in soups and sauces. Use it with our curry powder to make a quick curry sauce!
Shelf Life
Make sure to store in a cool, dry location for best freshness. This product has a 2 year shelf life. No refrigeration required.
