FLOUR, ALL PURPOSE

Description

All Purpose Flour is a mixture of hard wheat (high gluten) and soft wheat (low gluten). It is the most common form of flour found in the home. It can be used for a multitude of purposes as its name implies. This all-purpose flour is good for all-around kitchen use. We offer the brand, Defender.

Flour is the major ingredient in foods and can be used in cookies, cakes, brownies, pancakes, waffles, muffins, pastas, breads, biscuits, or simply used for breading meats and veggies. By definition, flour is simply the powder made from grinding grains, seeds, or sometimes roots. All-purpose flour is white flour milled from a blend of hard and soft wheats.

Flour can also be used in other creative ways.  It can be used to make modeling clay, play dough, make cloud dough, polish copper, buff steel, deter ants, and make paper-mache. This product is sometimes referred to as plain flour.
