To reconstitute: For 1 cup of milk, combine 1/3 cup milk powder with 1 cup cool water. It helps to stir the milk a lot, let it sit, then stir it again. If you have a shaker bottle with a mixing ball, that works well too.
Uses:
- Use for baking, cooking, or seasonings.
- In bake mixes, the powder can replace the liquid milk, using water to hydrate instead.
