I just love making and eating quiche. This dish is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner and reheats so well. Quiche night at our household is a family favorite and everyone looks forward to it. Over the years I have perfected a few different quiche recipes but my bacon and eqq quiche is requested most often. I believe the secret to the best tasting quiche recipe is the spices in my quiche.

Bacon & Egg Quiche Recipe
- 4 eggs
- 1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 Dash of nutmeg
- 1 Dash of sugar
- 1 Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 Dash of black pepper
- 8 oz bacon pieces
- 1 1/3 cup fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 homemade pie crust (try to roll very thin)
Beat eggs, milk, sugar and spices together in a large bowl. Cover bottom of pie crust with bacon pieces. Cover with grated cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow 30 minutes for cooling before serving.
