BBQ SeasoningUnmatched in complexity and balance, this is a very popular barbeque spice! Our BBQ Seasoning can be used to add that familiar flavor to all kinds of meats and sauces. When used in conjunction with our Mesquite Seasoning, just sit back and listen to all the compliments.

This delicious spice is great anytime you want to grill your favorite meats and will spice up your summer cookout. Our BBQ Seasoning can be rubbed on everything from chicken to pork to burgers to steak to beef ribs, pork ribs and more.  It is a special favorite on grilled steaks.  Try mixing in brown sugar for a sweeter flavor.  Also try mixing in ketchup and a little vinegar to make a sauce. The flavors of this spice blend are perfectly matched and you will notice the difference. It has a natural hickory smoke flavoring added to it which really helps give it that true authentic BBQ taste!

Make sure to store in a cool, dry, dark location and in an air-tight storage container for best freshness.

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Spices, Garlic, Onion, Paprika Extractive and Hickory Powder (maltodextrin*, natural hickory smoke flavoring, hydrated silicon dioxide [anticaking agent]).

Tips when applying as a rub: A rub should coat the surface of the meat so work a rub evenly into to the meat to get the flavor inside as much as possible. If you are applying a rub to poultry try and get it in under the skin so it can better absorb the flavor.  Lightly scoring meat, poultry, and fish will help the rub flavors penetrate further.  Apply your rub at least one hour before you plan to grill.  Large roasts, whole poultry, or briskets should be rubbed down the night before or at least several hours before you plan to grill.  This allows the seasonings to mix with the natural juices of the meat and add as much flavor as possible.

*Our maltodextrin is gluten-free
