This easy spice-rubbed chicken thighs recipe is perfect for a hot summer evening. Quick preparation time and oh so delicious!
Spice-Rubbed Chicken Thighs
- Olive Oil
- 3 tsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. Dark Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 lb. Chicken Thighs (boneless recommended)
Preheat gill to medium high. Add a mesh outdoor grill mat to the grill and lightly brush with olive oil.
In a medium bowl, combine all spices together. Place the chicken thighs in the bowl generously coating on both sides with the spice mixture.
Grill the chicken on both sides until fully cooked. Approximately 5 – 8 minutes per side.
Serve. Pairs well with grilled zucchini and squash mixed with olive oil and Italian Seasoning.
