  • Saigon Cinnamon


    Saigon Cinnamon, also known as Vietnamese Cinnamon is a very concentrated, intense and warm type of cinnamon. You can use Saigon cinnamon the same as you would in any recipe requiring "regular cinnamon." Some might say this is an upgrade from regular cinnamon because it has a sweeter taste and is less grainy than traditional cinnamon.
  • Marjoram marjoram


    Marjoram has a similar but gentler flavor to oregano. This herb is delicious with fish sauces, salads, Italian, and Greek dishes. Also try our Ground Marjoram.
  • Mustard Powder colman's mustard


    Our mustard is made of very finely ground mustard seeds. There is no wheat flour added, and it is just pure mustard seed ground to the consistency of flour. It can be used as the basis of many mustard recipes, including traditional English Mustard.
  • Ground Marjoram 12 Oz Small Bottle ground marjoram


    Marjoram has a similar but gentler flavor to oregano. This powdered form is great in blends or mixed with stuffing for poultry or pork. It also adds flavor to sauces and gravies.

    Anise is botanically related to dill, cumin, fennel, and caraway. This spice distinctly tastes like licorice and is commonly used in sweet and savory dishes, such as cakes, cookies, curries, fish, and shellfish.
  • Whey Powder whey powder


    Sweet Whey Powder is a powder resulting from the drying of pasteurized, fresh whole whey. It’s used as a source of lactose, milk solids, and whey protein in baked goods, ice cream and dry mixes.
  • Coarse Kosher Salt coarse kosher salt


    Kosher salt is salt without any additives. This version is coarse, which means the grains are slightly larger than table salt that you may normally use.

    Coriander seeds taste sweet and peppery at the same time, and their smell reminds us of orange peel. Coriander seeds are delicious in curries, chutneys, vegetables, and meat and poultry dishes. There are approximately 4.7 cups of whole coriander in one pound.

    Lemon peel comes from the outer yellow layer of lemon. Lemon peel itself is slightly sweet and fruity and smells of lemon. But the white layer underneath is bitter, so lemon peel does contain a little of that bitterness also. Try using in cakes for desserts. Also use in fish or meat stews.
  • Hot Chinese Mustard Flour (Powder) makes a great dipping sauce for egg rolls, meats, dumplings and other Asian foods.

    Add the great flavor of Ranch Dressing to your dishes! Try mixing in vegetable dishes for that delicious Ranch flavor. This mix can also be added to buttermilk and mayonnaise to make a great dressing!
  • Ground Fennel 16 oz Bottle ground fennel seed


    Ground fennel seed has a licorice flavor, similar to anise, but not as sweet. This spice is popular in Italian sausage and fish dishes. This seed can be also be used with breads, pork, and vegetables.

    Dill seeds have a pungent, slightly sharp flavor. They resemble caraway in aroma and anise in taste. Dills seeds are commonly used in meat stews, bread, pickles, fish and seafood dishes.

    Dendritic salt is a high purity, food grade form of table salt. It can be used with cereals, dry blends, dressings, marinades and more. It is also a common ingredient in bath salts.

    Cocoa powder comes from the cocoa butter of roasted cocoa beans where it is then ground to make this powder. Try it in desserts. For hot drinks, add a little sweetener. This cocoa is Dutch process/alkalized, 10 – 12% fat.

    Many recipes call for baking powder which is why it is a staple in every kitchen. It consists of an acid, base, and filler and reacts to liquid and heat and is used instead of yeast in baking.  Use in cookies, quick breads and other baked goods to produce expansion of a batter.

    Our pickling spice is a popular blend in American kitchens. Use it in making your own pickles or as a shrimp and crab boil.
  • Sodium Benzoate Sodium Benzoate


    Sodium Benzoate is a preservative that is the sodium salt of benzoic acid. It is soluble in water and works against yeast and bacteria. It is commonly used in acidic foods such as jams, relishes, beverages, and fruit juices.

    The applications of guar gum are endless! It is used in many products that we eat daily - ice cream, cake, cheese, dough, and some sauces. It is used frequently due to its great thickening ability and for its great stabilizer ability to hold ingredients together (such as keeping cake from being crumbly). And for the kids: it makes great slime just mixing a little with water!!!

    Brown mustard seeds are hot, aromatic, and bitter. They can be used in mustard, salad dressings, mayonnaise, and many sauces.
  • Our Curry blend is a milder version of a classic. The flavors are a great way to make foods in the style of Southern India. Curry powder is great for rice, soups, and dressings.

    A relative of the pulla, this thin-fleshed chile has green tea flavors with berry tones. They are a little piney and tannic, with a sweet heat. Used in salsas, sauces, soups, and stews. MEDIUM: Heat Level = 5.
  • Beet Sugar is a form of sugar extracted from Beta vulgaris, the common beet. Beet sugar can be substituted straight across in a baking recipe calling for cane sugar without any major difference in the final product.

    This lemon pepper blend is a delightful mix of zesty lemon peel and orange peel with black pepper and other spices. It will add wonderful flavor to any meal. Our lemon pepper is very versatile and can be used as a spice rub for grilled meats or a zesty topping for pasta or salad.

    White Vinegar Powder is used to add a some tart flavoring to seasonings, rubs, marinades, potato chips, salad dressings, dry mixes and more. This white powder holds that same full flavor of the white vinegar itself.  Try mixing this with salt for a dry salt and vinegar blend. Even a small amount of this product can really brighten dishes, similar to a squirt of lemon juice.  Just start with a pinch!

    Pretzel salt is a large-grained salt that does not melt quickly.  It works great on pretzels and salted bread sticks.
